North Perry Village seeks to balance the preservation of its semi-rural character with the accommodation of new growth and development, to create a desirable community with a positive and unique character, and enhance the quality of life for residents.


Back to school hours for the Townline Park Pool are as follows:  Closed weekdays beginning August 15, 2017; open Saturday and Sunday 1:00pm to 7:00pm; Labor Day weekend Saturday and Sunday 1:00pm to 7:00pm and Labor Day 1:00pm to 6:00pm; closed for the season after Labor Day.  If you have questions, please call the Village Hall at:  (440)259-4994.

The Village Council has an opening for a council member.  The term of office will begin when appointed and end December 31, 2019.  Anyone interested in serving our community in this capacity must send a resume.  Resumes may be e-mailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. Swim lessons cancelled today, June 26, 2017, due to weather.

The Townline Park pool opens Saturday, May 27th at 11:00am.

Swim lessonswill be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from June 5-28th.  Please call (440)259-2133 to register your child for lessons or sign up at the pool May 27 - June 4, 2017.

Council has decided to implement a watercraft pass system beginning this year.  The purpose of this system is to better manage the use of the harbor and ensure safety.  Residents must register their watercraft in advance at the Village Hall.  A major change from the past is that no guest's watercraft will be allowed.  Registration will begin May 1st. 

Installing a new mailbox or fresh landscaping?  Be sure to call Ohio Utilities Protection Service!  Calling before you dig is important not only for safety reasons, but also because IT'S THE LAW! By law, homeowners should contact O.U.P.S., 8-1-1 or 1-800-362-2764, at least 48 hours but no more than 10 working days (excluding weekends and legal holidays) before beginning ANY digging project.

A pedestrian gate has been installed at the Townline Park.  You must have an activated pass to enter the park.

Park passes have been deactivated.  Residents must bring their old pass with them to the Village Hall to be reactivated for 2017.  Residents may come to the Village Hall between 9:00am and 12:30pm or the first and third Thurdays from 5:00pm- 6:30pm.  The fee for activation is $10, if you have your 2016 pass.  If you do not have your 2016 pass, the fee is $20.  New residents will be charged $10 and must show proof of residency.  Please call the Village Hall at (440)259-4994 with any questions.

Construction work is set to begin at the Townline Park the week of December 12, 2016.  Work hours will be from 7:30am to 7:30pm Monday- Friday.  If you have questions or concerns, please call the Village Hall at (440)259-4994.


Harbor Analysis - Village Hall Meeting was held on Thursday, Sept. 8th. Woods Hole Engineering, our Attorneys and the Mediator presented their findings regarding our Harbor. Be sure to get your golf carts registered and properly licensed for the road. Our police officers are available to do a complete safety check. Contact them at 259-3020 to set up an appointment.

Please remember when buying and renewing your license tags/plates to make sure your address is listed as North Perry Village. This will ensure the Village receives the fees.
